Diane Swiderski, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, operates a private practice for women (18+) at all stages of life. With over 23 years of manual therapy experience, Diane uses techniques that are gentle, effective and tailored for you.
Diane began her journey in the social work field and then later trained to become a registered massage therapist. She graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage School, Toronto (2000) and the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Hamilton (2016).
Diane combines cranio-sacral (nervous system), visceral (organs), and structural (musculo-skeletal) therapies in her sessions to restore whole-body alignment and deep nervous system balance.
Diane is a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners. Her home-based office is located near downtown Guelph, Ontario.
